LPG Refill & Delivery – Terms and Conditions

1. Order Confirmation: All LPG refill orders must be placed through our official mobile app or customer service line. Orders are confirmed upon payment.

2. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or safety checks.

3. Cylinder Exchange: Customers must return an empty, approved cylinder for each refill. Cylinders must be in good condition and compliant with safety standards.

4. Payment: All payments must be made via approved digital methods before delivery. Prices include delivery and applicable taxes.

5. Safety Compliance: Customers must ensure a safe and accessible drop-off point. Our team has the right to refuse delivery in unsafe conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before dispatch. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use or handling of the LPG cylinder after delivery.

As long as the information and services on the mobile App and website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
